The Pitbauchlie House Hotel -Dunfermline, Balgeddie House Hotel - Glenrothes, and the Kings Manor Hotel - Edinburgh are privately owned and managed and make up the family company, Samuel Solley (Hotels) Ltd.
Pitbauchlie House Hotel has been in the family since 1970 and has undergone many alterations and extensions to achieve the high standards found today.
Our aim is to provide a service based on quality at an affordable price. We aim to achieve a high level of satisfaction, from guest service to food quality.
Balgeddie House Hotel, Glenrothes
The most recent addition to our portfolio is the Balgeddie House Hotel situated in Glenrothes (North). The hotel has two Bars, Bistro, Restaurant, 19 bedrooms and function suite able to cater up to 250 guests.
Kings Manor Hotel, Edinburgh
Our other hotel has 95 bedrooms and has undergone a similar transformation with the addition of bedrooms, function suites, meeting rooms, conservatories, etc. In 1999 added the Fountain Spa Leisure Club.
All our hotels are classified as 3 star with the STB.
