Booking conditions

All Short Breaks must be prepaid to guarantee reservation.

Cancellations

Any accommodation cancelled more than 48 hours prior to noon of day of due arrival will receive a full refund less £10 administration fee.

Any cancellations between 12 and 48 hours prior to noon on day of arrival will be charged 50% of first nights accommodation. Cancellations On due day of arrival will be charged one nights accommodation. Any guest failing to turn up for any reservation will be charged full amount of stay.

Guests canceling will be given a cancellation number for future reference.

Restaurant 47 - A la Carte

Our Head Chef Finlay Mairs has produced a tantalising menu..

It is available 12noon to 2pm and 6.30 to 9.00pm seven days a week.

Pitbauchlie House Hotel a non-smoking Hotel

The Pitbauchlie House Hotel is now completely non-smoking. In all areas - function rooms, bars, restaurants, foyers and all bed rooms guests will not be able to smoke.

A smoker's area is provided at the front of the hotel.

FREE Wireless Broadband Internet Access now in Bedrooms

All bedrooms now have wireless broadband internet access. The WiFi connection currently rated at 4Mb is available FREE to all residents.

Wireless access is also available in most our public areas - Reception Foyer, Bar47, Restauraunt47, Conference rooms, even in the Gym!

Dial up access continues to be available from the modem port on the telephones in all rooms.
