Family Run Values

The hotel is owned and managed by the Solley family who have welcomed guests here at Pitbauchlie since 1970.

We look after our guests in the manner that we like to be looked after when we're away from home. That means we put you first – and we go out of our way to make sure you have a great time.

A quick glance at the comments from happy customers on Trip Advisor is enough to tell you about our style.  Guests say that their bedrooms were spotlessly clean and the staff a delight.  They say that they love our Gardens our free WiFi and free car parking spaces.  They say that we're great value for money.  Generations of local families have enjoyed Pitbauchlie hospitality over the years, from Weddings to Christenings, from a Birthday celebration to Anniversaries.  We welcome back to the hotel, guests who have visited us so often, they are added to our Christmas card list. 

Behind the scenes, we do things that guests don't know about. We've won a Silver Award with the Green Tourist Board for our environmentalism and we're firmly rooted in the local community. As well as supporting local schools, charities and sports and social groups, we provide employment for over 80 members of staff.

We aim to achieve a high level of satisfaction, from guest service to food quality and to provide a service based on quality at an affordable price.

The family also own The Kings Manor Hotel in Edinburgh and Balgeddie House Hotel in Glenrothes.
