Conference and Meetings

Pitbauchlie House Hotel has three well equipped Conference rooms situated on the ground floor.

The meeting rooms are fully air conditioned with variable lighting, dimmers and blackout facilities and offer free WIFI.

The Elgin Suite, seats 150 people theatre style and can be divided to form the Carnegie and Scott Rooms.

The Canmore Room is more suitable for small board meetings and discussions, Syndicate Rooms are also available.

Equipment available for hire include Flipchart Boards, Projection Screen, Data Projector, Laptop, PA System, TV & DVD.

Our Conference Office would be more than happy to arrange your event.  We we are pleased to offer competitive rates, to include accommodation with dinner plus we offer day delegate rates as well as half day rates and evening room hire.
